Our Cheese selections:
Due to the nature of the product it is sometimes necessary to slightly change the varieties of cheese in individual boxes. This doesn’t happen very often, but we will always substitute with a similar cheese, of the highest quality. We endeavor to update the web site as often as possible to ensure our product is accurately described.

Weights:
We ensure that the weights of cheese within our selection boxes are in line with the web site descriptions. When ordering a whole cheese there may sometimes be a small deviation from the published details, but this only reflects the variations from the production process.

Cheese delivery:
We typically deliver using next day special delivery from the Royal Mail. If we are awaiting a particular cheese we may be forced to delay delivery, but will contact you if this is likely to be the case.

Given we are sending you a high quality natural food product it is essential that we are given accurate delivery details, and that someone is available to take delivery. We can not be held responsible if we are unable to deliver the goods to you. There is a Saturday delivery option to assist the delivery process.

Our returns policy:

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the condition of the your purchase please contact us within 24 hours. It will probably be necessary for you to return the product to us.
